29.01.2010 – In 2010, the legal expenses insurance ROLAND Rechtsschutzversicherung has for the first time awarded the “Goldener ROLAND”. This year’s winner is the FC Bayern and national football player Philipp Lahm. The award for people and institutions that champion the cause of “Safety and Chivalry” on the roads and in everyday life comes with prize money of 10,000 euro. The award ceremony took place on 29 January in the “Meilenwerk” in Berlin, during a cooperation event with the magazine “Guter Rat”.

The award was designed and realised in cooperation with Stockheim Media. Since 2008, Stockheim Media has assisted ROLAND Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG in classic corporate communications.
